How are you different than the other companies that provide Case Management Services for free?
Several companies that provide personal support workers/companions will indicate that they provide complimentary case management. We assist in firstly determining what the individual’s needs are and then work with you to select the best candidate. Once you have made a hiring decision, we are able to comment on whether the caregiver is doing what he/she should be doing and provide guidance and suggestions as required. Case management involves keeping a broad perspective; knowing what community resources are available and how to access them. This goes above and beyond what employment agencies/home companion care agencies know and deal with on a daily basis.
